UGAI Signature Events

The following are our newest Functions, Signature Events and National Initiatives that will be instituted as part of the UGAI Brand:

Rhymes & Runway Tour™ - is a traveling tour which features some of the hottest fashion designers and artists repin' the Kingdom and blazin' the runway. Artists from various genres of Urban Gospel music and Holy Hip Hop participate in this event to bring culture and inspiration together.

Swap & Meet Jam Session™ - Live Urban Gospel/Christian Rap concerts where concert goers (swappers) are encouraged to bring a secular CD (negative or containing morally degrading, violent lyrics) and receive a new Urban Gospel/Gospel Rap CD in exchange. Artists featured in the live concerts and those from around the globe are encouraged to donate promotional CDs, CDs from an older project, or CD singles they are currently promoting; then perform songs from their newest CD project to offer those CDs and other promotional items, such as T-shirts, hats, and key chains, etc at the regular retail pricing. Artist will be available for signing autographs and meet & greet. This event is designed to spread the Gospel, bring awareness to the genre while creating new audiences for artists, as well as getting negative music out of the hands (spirits and minds) of swappers.

Music to Ministry Mission™ - UGAI artists as well as nearby/ local area artists and industry professional will donate their time, talent, skills, and resources to benefit school-age children and their private Christian schools with no to limited music programs. UGAI will host a few 30-min. workshops to give students insight on the music business and a few music careers. Highlights of the program include: The importance/benefits of music and learning, Music career(s) overview, DJ'ing, Producing/managing a studio, Software and hardware programs & their tools of the trade, Music publishing, Owning and managing a record label, singing/playing tips from the stars, Media-Radio, TV, and Print publications.

Club Grind™ - An initiative designed to take ministry to another dimension -- beyond the four walls of the church! Christian MC's and other faithful saints come together to represent the Kingdom, going into secular clubs to compete on MC Battles and Open Mic contests.
